They tried to sell my daughter an over priced tire and when called about it Tom was very defensive and argumentative when all that was needed was a description of the charges. This is the second time I have been treated with rudeness and disrespect. When did customer service not become a priority. We will not be back. If you are female this is not the garage for you!
I was actually looking for a reason to do business with him, that’s why I called HIM back to see if he would work with me.
They will over charge you for basic services and treat you like dirt when they do it.
I wish I could say I had a better experience than I did.
And they did not have to follow any ines rules they said

My initial meeting with Tom went well, but when I called back to ask if he would be willing to lower his price to match a competitor’s quote I had received (A discount of less than 8%) in exchange for a 5 star review of his services, he got angry and told me he didn’t care about his online reputation or my business and flatly told me to go with the competitor.
Very rude treated my wife and kids like dirt would not honor best ones warinty that said that if I would have wanted them to rotate my tires I should have bought them there
To me, his response to my offer validated the other negative reviews he has here online.
