If you have trouble getting your vehicle after being towed call State POLICE...it will save you time and gas... Step daughters car was towed and impounded by Jay county sheriff's. My wife and I live 2 hours away in Indianapolis. My wife spoke to him 3 times explained that she would be coming. He said he closes at 5. Arrived at 4:20. She called him "oh I'm closed". Called Jay county sheriff's they said nothing they could we explained tryin to get car for a week. One day daughter called said she would be the in 15 minutes. Needless to say we had to call State police to get her car. Trooper Kewish had to call to him to release the car.I absolutely think this man does this does this to inflate the bill and fees. Caution when dealing with business and individual he is very rude and feel sorry for anyone who has to do business with this company and Portland sheriff's should not be permitted to use this place cause this man's hours are 8til 5 but is never in and makes it impossible for people to retrieve their car...
Needed a wrecker at 3am I was 5 min away. Took the tow truck 30 min to get there. The driver/owner was rude as can be.
