I have worked there for over 13 years now. I'm one of the supervisors. I started at the bottom...loading, wiping, then inspecting... They gave me a chance by hiring me then gave me another as supervisor...there's only two in the factory and one shift...good people. In 2004, I had lost my job and was getting desperate. I walked in there and been there ever since. They give everyone there plenty flexibility... meaning they do what other factories don't do and they'll work with you to keep you as long as you want to show up and put an effort into what you do there... Take pride in yourself and do your best at whatever job that they need you for...small factory that offers employment and its a place you can stay if you want...do your job and do it well...
