Food is good and I like the atmosphere, but service is slow.
I liked the atmosphere and the staff was friendly but the chicken strips were just ok.
The food here is fantastic. I ordered the open face mozterlla sticks and boneless wings.....best I have ever had by far.
Went there on a Wednesday evening. It took them 10 minutes to seat us even though we were the only ones standing at the counter. It took another 10 minutes for them to take our drink order. We had made our selection by then and ordered our food at the same time. 25+ minutes later we got our food, which was incomplete. We had to remind our waitress that items were missing. Food was mediocre at best. Unfortunately, Portland has very little to offer in the way of sit down restaurants. If you don’t mind fast food like Arby’s or McDonald’s for there. I paid way too much at Wings and Rings to come away with nothing but disappointment.
Gets worse every time we go there. This last time is it done with it. Menu keeps changing all the time. Nothing like finding something you like and then take it away.
